All booking enquiries and correspondence is to be directed to Fleur Jack. Anyone who has made enquiries to Colin regarding up-coming gigs or events is urged to contact Fleur if they have not done so already.



Booking Information:

  • Please read the following information carefully. We agree to accommodate your booking under the following arrangements only. 
    Failure to comply with the arrangements outlined in this document once committed to may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Your booking request should include:

Nights available for booking and applicable details:
All shows are booked on the understanding that a reasonable standard of entertainment be provided between the hours of 9pm and Midnight.
Suitably qualified or experienced sound engineers may use our sound system and stage gear
but will be held liable for any loss or damage to the equipment whilst under their supervision. (in this instance please disregard the sound fee in the table below)

#Sound checks during this time are subject to the engineers availability and may incur additional costs.
*A bar tab is awarded to the organizer on the night by the bar manager should a standard quantity of bar sales be acheived.

On receiving your booking request we will provide you with (or not) a preliminary booking as soon as practicable.

We will confirm your booking on receipt of:
  • An email detailing your complete line-up, load in, sound check and show run times.  
  • Your designated door/ticket price and outlets.
  • 6 X A3 promotional posters (to be delivered to the venue).

If you are unable to provide the above for whatever reason please contact the events manager asap.
Failure to do so in good time may result in the loss of your preliminary booking.


Once confirmed
we are committed to providing you with:

  • Our venue and its fully trained staff.
  • The use of the PA system and equipment.
  • Inclusion in our in-house, local, national and web-based promotional activities.
  • Financial assistance to run your door on the night.
  • An appropriate security presence if needed.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations of confirmed and listed events are accepted in good faith in the event of death, serious injury or imprisonment.
