The Dogs Bollix is proud to support and promote NZ and international original music and artists. To this end we offer to performers, promoters and managers a 250-300 capacity venue, elevated stage, superior sound quality and House sound engineer

The FRONT OF HOUSE SYSTEM (Suitable for Full Rock Band Mic Up Gigs) is:

SPEAKERS and AMP RACK:

• 2 x Proel Top/Mid Speakers – 15 inch and Horn, 400 Watts RMS AES, 800 watts Program, 1600 watts Peak each.
• 2 x Double 18 Sub Speakers – 1500 Watts RMS, 3000 Watts Program, 6000 Watts Peak each.
• MAX2500 Amplifier for Tops/Mids.
• XP3000 Amplifier for Subs.
• Crossover and Limiters installed in Amp Rack.
• 4 x Proel 400 watt Program Monitors (Program defined as 2 x RMS AES rated).
• 2 x 1200 watt amplifiers to run the Monitors
• 1 x single rack unit EQ.
• Existing microphones (7) and Microphone Stands (5).
• 12 + 4 Channel Snake

MIXING DESK:

• Allen and Heath 16 Channel Mix-Wizard Desk (has built in FX and housed in a Flight Case Rack with wheels).
• 1 x Lexicon FX unit for Delays/Reverb Effects etc.
• 2 x pairs of 31 Band Graphic EQs for Front of House and Monitors.
• 2 x stereo Gate/Compressor/Limiter (one in FOH Rack and one with Amplifiers).
• 1 x quad Compressor unit (4 compressors).
• 1 x CD Player in Rack

STAGE:

• Drum Kit Microphone Set (TOTAL 5 Mics incl - 1 Kick Mic, 1 Snare Mic (SM57), 2 Rack tom Mics, 1 Floor Tom Mic).
• 4 x Drum Rim Mic Clips).
• 2 x DI Boxes (1 Proel and 1 Alto).
• 1 x Silver Case for microphones.
• Speaker Cables as Required to hook up system including 4 x Blue 10 Metre, 2 x Purple 10 Metre, 2 x Bronze 10 Metre, 2 x Black 10 Metre (Used in installation), 6 x Green 10 Metre – Green Theme for Irish Bar, 6 x Blue 5 Metre – easy to distinguish length different colour, 1 x Short Mic Stand for Kick Drum Mic, plus 1 x Green Bin for Cables.
